Project: Make Football My Only Job

Professional female footballers still can’t live from the sport alone. In close collaboration with FC Zürich and its women’s team, we turned this uncomfortable reality into a message built for attention. We altered their official kit by removing the sponsor logos from where they were expected most — and replaced them with the jobs and sacrifices that usually stay invisible: «Night Shift», «Side Job», «Endless Work». Suddenly, the absence of brands became the story. The campaign expanded from the shirt to boards, social and film, creating a visual disruption designed to spark conversation and invite brands to step in. A simple shift with a clear ask: make football their only job.
